The 56th birth anniversary of one of the remarkable actor and director of Kannada cinema Shanker Nag was celebrated all over. At the KH Kala Soudha the RED FM 93.5 radio channel organised one day Film Festival of Shanker Nag Films that was well attended.

The popular films of Shanker Nag Auto Raja, Aradha Gaaya and Geetha were screened in three shows by RED FM 93.5 radio channel.

What is memorable is that even after 20 years of death of Shanker Nag in a road accident the stalwart lives in the memory. Had he lived in the last 20 years it would have been fabulous for the Kannada film industry particularly is the opinion of maximum of people.
